Shipping Policy

How your Sheekart order travels from our shelf to your door.

01 — Dispatch

Orders are quality-checked, securely packed, and dispatched through our fulfilment partners. You will receive an email confirmation when your order is placed and another with tracking details when it ships.

02 — Delivery timelines

Typical delivery is 3–5 business days to metro cities and 5–7 business days to the rest of India. Remote PIN codes may take a little longer. During festive or high-demand periods, delivery may take an additional day or two.

03 — Shipping charges

Any applicable shipping charge will be clearly shown at checkout before you complete your payment. No surprises after the order is placed.

04 — Tracking

Every shipment is tracked. Use the tracking link provided in your dispatch email to follow your Sheekart order.

05 — Delays & issues

If your parcel appears to be delayed or stuck, please contact Sheekart Customer Support with your order ID. Our support team will coordinate with the courier and help you resolve the issue.
